Hello!

We are pleased you are considering making your home with us. We are very proud of the homes we rent-to-own and we believe you will be too. Our standards for qualifying to rent-to-own a home are simple and fair. They are:

- Your gross income must equal approximately three times the monthly rent of your home.
- A favorable credit history. (See NOTE below)
- Be employed or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
- Good references from previous Landlords.
- Limit occupants to 2 per bedroom.
- No active, pending or recent (past 12 months) civil or criminal litigation cases
