American Dream Properties, LLC is a small family-owned business serving the Greater Kansas City area. Our focus is creating rent-to-own opportunities that help families work toward homeownership — and giving sellers a reliable alternative to listing their property on the open market.
We do this work because we believe owning a home shouldn't be out of reach for hardworking families. Traditional mortgages don't fit every situation, and traditional listings don't fit every property. Rent-to-own arrangements — when set up thoughtfully — can be a real path forward for both sides.
